All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered. International orders are not accepted online. We will not ship outside the United States if ordered online. Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal office hours. If you must ibanezartistguitars and ibanezartistguitars return an item for any reason, the return ibanezartistguitars must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. ibanezartistguitars Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, ibanezartistguitars software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied ibanezartistguitars by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice.
