Upon receiving your order, if a carton shows signs artstars and ibanez of external damage, DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call during normal office hours. If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and artstars a letter of explanation. The box must be covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered.
