Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a copy of the invoice.

All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on which item, or combination of items that is ordered.
