Upon receiving your order, fender if a carton shows signs of external damage, strat and pack DO NOT ACCEPT IT!! If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, fender and strat please call during normal office hours. If you must return an item for any pack and fender reason, the return must include a copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation. The box must be strat covered in brown paper with the shipping label adhered. Defaced merchandise will not receive full credit. No returned merchandise pack will be accepted without fender and strat an R.A. Special orders, books, sheet music, software, mouthpieces, pickups, videos, and harmonicas are NON-returnable. Exchange only on digital recording equipment. Any returns pack must be accompanied by a note of explanation and a fender copy of the invoice.
