Neither the fender bassman rights nor the bassman obligations arising under this agreement are assignable or transferable by you, fender and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be void and without effect. may assign this agreement to any successor, affiliate or assign. force majeure. neither party shall bassman be liable hereunder by reason of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder on account of strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause fender which is beyond bassman the reasonable control of such party. information submit it! publishes on the service may contain references or cross references to programs or services that are not announced or available in your jurisdiction.
